And when you call in the tech support you can't get through and all customer service is hand it over to another party and pass the buck. Harbortouch POS by Harbortouch. Did you even try to work out your differences with Harbortouch or did you just come on Yelp and bash them. They hold my money from deposits without notification.
Unacceptable when you are running a restaurant and the customers are waiting to pay. They told me I'd save money on credit card processing. What could benefit you from that?

So I lose about 2 hours of my life per week dealing with rubbish software and their Customer Service. Rick, we would first like to apologize the negative experience you had with Harbortouch. We were able to locate your account and someone from our technical support management team will review your account and reach out to you to resolve these issues.
They trick you with the contract, giving you a 3 year renewal for the processing fees which you must use Harbortouch for and a 4 year renewal on the POS operating system.

We make customer satisfaction a top priority and are saddened to hear that your experience was sub-par. After they investigated, they told me that this was a mistake and to go to my bank to put a 'stop payment' on the withdrawal. It is very important. The negative reviews are possibly from other competitors. Added to this, is that this company has one to the poorest customer service I've had the displeasure of dealing with.
